高雄市新興區新文化商圈促進會
 本區日據時代是舊部落,當時的村長, 名為洪振盛, 民國三十九年設里,便仿若洪村長名命為振成里。
 本商圈居民資識水準高,大廈林立, 商機處處, 有新堀江商場,奧斯卡院線,雪莉舞廳,屈臣氏, 堪稱為新興區首富之區,區域內攤商組織的新文化商圈促進會協助地方發展。

沿革與蛻變:
* 民國70年間仁智街劃歸隸屬新興區振成里轄內,(未重編劃歸前隸屬前金區文東里管轄)。
* 社區商圈源自於渡小月,雨傘式經營。
* 民國68年間,夜總會、舞廳、love鋼琴酒吧、酒店餐廳、MTV風起雲湧,社區商圈蛻變成為邊走邊吃(打包)飲食文化。
* 民國74年間本社區西側大立百貨公司開幕,原先在於體育館(今城市光廊)周邊攤商遭驅離,導致本社區仁智街,一瞬間匯聚呈現夜市商展景點。
* 民國86年9月,社區商圈入選經濟部商業司「示範商店街」三年三階段開發推動計劃;本會因應社區攤商夥伴,共同需求,高雄市新文化商圈促進會,因此而創立。
* 民國93年玉竹及新堀江商圈整體發展,再度入選經濟部商業司「心魅力商圈」活化地方商業環境三年分段性中程計劃。
* 民國96年新文化商圈促進會徵選為高雄市政府文化局社區總體營造獎助點。

History and Transformation:
-In 1980s, Renjhih St. was subordinated to the administration of Jhencheng Village in Sinsing District (Before being remodeled, it is subordinated to the administration of Wundong Village in Cianjin District)
-The local community commercial area was originated from the Du Siao Yue Restaurant, running in an ‘umbrella model’.
-In 1979, night club, dance club, piano bar, bar restaurant and MTV emerged in a large number, the local community commercial area transformed into a walking-while-eating (take-away) dinning style.
-In 1985, Dali department store opened in the community’s west side, peddlers and stalls that had gathered around Kaohsiung City Gymnasium (now the Urban Spotlight) was dispersed. As a result, Renjhih St. suddenly emerged as the feature spot for night market and business exhibitions.
-In September 1997, the local commercial area was selected by the Department of Commerce of the Ministry of Economic Affairs into its ‘Model Shopping Street: Three-Year Three-Step Development Project’. In respond to the collective need of fellow peddlers and stalls, Kaohsiung City New Cultural Commercial Area Improving Association was established.
-In 2004, Yujhu and Sinjyuejiang commercial areas were again selected by the Department of Commerce of the Ministry of Economic Affairs into its ‘New Glamorous Commercial Area: Three-Year Project for Vitalizing Local Business Environment’.
-In 2007, Kaohsiung City New Cultural Commercial Area Improving Association was selected by the Kaohsiung City Bureau of Cultural Affairs to receive sponsorship in its Community Building Project.
